Family Support

Information about family life and support

Family life can be rewarding and fulfilling, but there are times when it can be overwhelming and you need some support. In school we can support in the following ways:

  • Education Welfare Officer – Rash Patel – can advise and support with attendance issues
  • School Nursing Team – can advise and support with children’s health issues
  • Ms Pochin – Headteacher – can lend a listening ear, advise and support on safeguarding and education issues and signpost support from the Local Authority, charities and other local services.
  • Mrs Rayner – Special Educational Needs Co-ordinator and Inclusion Manager – can advise and support on children’s special educational needs
  • Mrs Parker - Attendance, welfare and Child Protection  – can lend a listening ear and advise and support on children’s attendance and safeguarding issues
  • Mrs Osborne - Family Support Worker - support for a huge range of issues from housing, access to benefits, support with applications, signposting to other agencies, support with your child.
  • Mr Vamplew – School Business Manager – advise and support on school financial issues.
